Deep red, firm, and built for a long winter
The apple most people picture when they picture Himachal. Dense, crisp and sweet with an edge to it, holding its bite for weeks after it leaves the tree.
Picked over several passes, taking only what is ready that day.
Yellow-gold, freckled, and honey-sweet
Thinner-skinned and gentler than the Royal — sweeter, softer, and the one the children in the house finish first. Best eaten within a fortnight.
Handled softly — this one bruises if it is rushed.

We sell what the orchard gives, for as long as it gives it. When the harvest is over, the shop closes until next year.
Fruit is picked, graded and packed close to the day it is sent, rather than held in storage.
